Delivery of goods
When you are ordering goods that are in stock, they are delivered within 1- 5 working days from the payment of the order. If we are not receiving payment by bank transfer within 48 hours from the order, your purchase will be canceled. For goods that are not in stock, we will contact you regarding the exact delivery time.When ordering goods, you can choose the most convenient way of delivery. We are sending packages via OMNIVA and DPD post machines. Shipping cost is 3 euros per package. Upon request, we can also send via DPD courier with delivery to your company or place of residence. Shipping cost by DPD courier is 5 euros per package.
Return rules
1. Return and exchange of goods.
1.1. The return of goods takes place in accordance with the 2001 June 29 By the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items".
1.2. The buyer must send the returned goods by registered mail. The number of the registered shipment must be provided to the Seller no later than within 24 hours. after dispatch.
1.3. In order to return the product (s), the Buyer may do so within 7 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller by e-mail. mail, with photos or videos of the item and / or parcel describing the issue.
1.4. Upon returning the wrong product received, the Seller undertakes to replace such product with the required product. If the required goods are not available, the Buyer will be refunded all money (for the goods and the actual shipping costs incurred).
1.5. When a defective product is returned, the Seller undertakes to replace the defective product with a similar product or return the money to the Buyer.
1.6. In order to return the defective product (s), the Buyer may do so within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller by e-mail. mail, with photos or videos of the poor quality item and / or parcel describing the issue.
1.7. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods set out in these Rules.
1.8. If the Buyer paid for the product with a gift voucher, the voucher and other additional amount paid (if it was paid) will be refunded.
1.9. If the Buyer returns the product purchased at a discount, the amount paid for the product with a valid discount is refunded.
2.0. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. If due to the buyer's mistake, the shipment will be returned to the seller MB Gintariniai Sparnai. The buyer can request a shipment after re-checking his details and paying the shipping fee, or he can get a refund for the goods after the shipping fee has been cleared.
3. Final provisions.
3.1. These Rules of Return of Goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.2. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these rules. All disputes arising out of the application of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
